An initial focus on the emerging markets of Central & Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, has broadened into activities in emerging markets in general as well as start-ups and companies taking their first steps towards a listing.

We specialise in the sale of companies for entrepreneurs, families and holding companies. In the case of emerging markets, we have a particular focus on former state-owned enterprises undergoing, or having recently carried out, restructuring.
